RETURNS


Bandit Swim understands that it can be hard to find the perfect fit when online shopping, so we will accept sizing exchanges as long as an email is sent to us within two days of delivery.

 

Please take note of the following: 

  • An email of exchange must be sent within two (2) days of delivery or the exchange is invalid

  • Hygienic strip must still be in place (if the style came with one)

  • Item must not be worn, please try on whilst wearing underwear

  • We will only accept exchange for change of size

  • Any returns and shipping costs will be at the customers expense

  • If we believe you have worn the item or the item is not in brand new condition we have the right to deny exchange

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we offer shipping worldwide! Shipping is only $5 within Australia so worldwide shipping will be an extra cost.

 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@banditswim.com within two days of delivery and we will discuss returns options. Please note, we don't accept returns, just exchange of sizes.

 

How do I track my order?

We offer standard shipping for only $2.50 (within Australia). However, if you wish to have express post or have your new kini tracked then we also have those options for an extra cost.
